I've had the pleasure of photographing these gorgeous girls since they were born.  This family is gorgeous, adorable, and oh so sweet and I was so excited to get the opportunity to finally do a family session for them.  It was also Brooklyn's 1st b-day so we set aside some time to get some extra special shots of her.  Love her feisty personality!

Every so often you meet a family that just makes you smile.  This beautiful family was so in love and I had so much fun capturing them just being together.  They had never had family photos done so grandma gifted them a photo session for their son's first birthday.  Their session was filled with kisses, hugs, and giggles... and I enjoyed every moment of it!  It was so great to capture these memories and give them something to freeze these moments in time forever. 

 

catalina's one | child portraiture

You may remember that I got to photograph my adorable new niece Catalina as a newborn. Well, it's been a whole year and she is now a cute chunky little one year old. My brother and sister-in-law came down from Anaheim so I could do her 1 year session. I can't believe how big she has gotten. Seriously though, is there anything better than chunky little rolls on a baby? I could just eat her up! Love you guys and I'm so glad you were able to make it down! Happy Birthday Catalina!!!

I had the pleasure of photographing this little cutie last year when she was just an itty bitty newborn. I can't believe she's already ONE! It was so exciting to see her again for her one year session. Not only is she adorable, but she's so good and was perfectly happy hanging out while I did my thing. Thanks so much for choosing me again Angie and enjoy another year with your sweetheart!

I had the opportunity to photograph the most adorable little one year old. Jackson was such a sweetie and was probably one of my easiest sessions to date. He was so happy and relaxed and just let me do my thing smiling away the entire time. One year olds are so much fun and I had a great time with him. My best friends little guy had his first birthday and I finally got him in my studio for his 1 year portraits! He's so adorable and I could just photograph him all day. We had originally planned for a smash cake session... but after his birthday party we realized that wouldn't be a good idea with his obvious dislike for cake. Instead I got this new basket just for this occasion and he loved it. He actually cried when we took him out which was pretty funny. Thanks so much for bringing him over Leah & Sam. Smash Cake - Abbie Sneak Peek

I've been looking forward to my first smash cake session for quite some time now. For those who aren't familiar with this, it's a session for a 1 year old where I photograph them in my studio enjoying their first cake... and well... smashing it! :) I had the pleasure of photographing Abbie on her actual birthday. She was such a sweetie and was so good. She was a little scared of me at first, but warmed up to me after a bit and we had a lot of fun. She wasn't too sure of her cake and didn't like getting dirty, so once she got a little messy she was pretty much done. I definitely love this age, and can't wait to do more. Happy 1st Birthday Abbie!!!
