Randomness

Hi my name is Shari and I'm a perfectionist.  This is a great thing when it comes to my photography and the work I do for my clients... but not always so much when it comes to my blogging. I can't tell you how many blog posts I've started but never finished becuase they weren't quite perfect.  Then I get busy with the next job and a bit of time goes by and I feel like it's been too long, and then I have other things to post but feel like I should catch up before I do something new, and before you know it my poor blog is empty and unused and the job of updating it seems too daunting.  It's as if I'm no longer working and have fallen off the face of the earth.

Well guess what people, I'm very much alive and busily working!  To commemorate my aliveness, here's a post with a few random sessions that I never got around to blogging over the last... oh, we won't say how long. the m & j family | sneak peek

I got to spend the afternoon with the most wonderful family. Half the family was in town for the holiday's from Arizona, so they booked a session since it's been awhile since they had a group photo done. I was so honored to be chosen to document these memories, and I honestly had a great time. This family was not only gorgeous, but fun and funny as well. Thank you guys so much for spending the afternoon with me. I can't wait to show you everything I captured, but enjoy the sneak peek in the mean time!

B/P/O Family Session – Sneak Peek

I got the chance to try out my photography skills on my friend Katie and her sister Aimee’s newborns a few months back. I knew I would love newborn photography and Megan and Kyle will always hold a special place in my heart. They were my first 2 newborns and gave me the opportunity to do the type of photography I had always wanted to do. When they contacted me to see if I would be interested in doing a family session for Holiday photos I was more than happy to do so. They welcomed me into their parent’s home and we did a shoot right in the backyard. It was a beautiful property and I wish we had gotten to take advantage of more of it.
